"I decided that during our one week stay in Rovinj, an old, small, coastal city, I would make the [fabric] purchase. It took me a few days to seek out a fabric store. The one I found was a little one tucked away behind an outdoor restaurant. In 2016, Croatian olive oils took home 3 gold medals at the NY World Olive Oil Competition. The competition featured 800+ olive oils from 26 countries. 9 Croatian producers from all over the country placed in either gold or silver." —Sue Ruhle
